It’s so nice to have you here! I’m happy you dropped by my online space to see what’s what. This is a place where you can learn more about who I am, my books, and other services that may be helpful to you. My goal is to have a base where I can connect all my work and be easily reached. From here I’ll offer you services and guides to support you as you do the work to heal or as you seek resources to assist someone else. You can communicate with me and leave me notes on things you’d like to see or whatever you think I should consider.
While I am not a licensed therapist and I don’t hold any degrees or certificates for mental health, I do consider myself a mental health advocate. That means I recognize the importance of being mentally healthy and I’ve dedicated a big portion of my life’s mission to make sure I help people find tools to make that happen or at the very least, to make it more accessible. I do that by speaking positively about how therapy can help and various activities or ideas related to mental health.
But that’s not my only focus. Because so much of our well-being is tied to relationships, my main goal is to ensure that I always do things in support of families. So that means positive reinforcement. Hard and honest conversations about all kinds of subjects that encourage strong families. To get there, we’ll have to talk about some of the undesirable parts of life, but that’s ok. It’s just life. Can’t have all good and no bad, so we’ll go through it together, sharing as much as you want or just coming to my site to take what you need.
I don’t claim to know it all, so there’ll be times when we may not agree. That’s ok too. If we can listen to each other it will be all right. My goal is to help us shed light on things we can do to build each other up and to get through tough places so we can get on to living our best lives!
